1. What data we collect

Identity and contact details; business details and financial records needed for onboarding and service delivery; payment identifiers from our payment partners; compliance information for AML and KYC.

2. Why we use your data

To perform a contract or take steps at your request before a contract; to comply with legal obligations; for our legitimate interests; and with your consent for optional marketing.

3. Sharing your data

We share data with payment processors, service providers under confidentiality, and regulators or authorities as required by law. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

If any provider stores data outside the UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. Retention

Prospective client records are kept only as long as necessary. Engagement files are kept for six years. AML and KYC records are kept for five years. Legal obligations may require longer retention.

6. Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You can complain to the ICO.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
